- Nanopore sequencing
By using nanopore sequencing we can screen for all viruses and bacteria without the need for prior selection. No primers are needed, allowing you to get a full insight in disease complexes without guess work. Because genetic sequences are available, we can also perform further typing of viruses of interest using the PathoSense Deepdive feature.
